Shipping Information

We ship everywhere. If you can't find your country on the list please email us at info@earthywear.co.uk for quotation. If your country is not on our list you won't be able to finish your order.

All shipping fees are based on the total weight of and your destination. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. To check the shipping cost before you proceed with the check out, add your item to the shopping cart and hit "Estimate Shipping" button providing your destination and then hit "Update" button.

Order Processing Times

Normally orders are shipped the next working day but occasionally can be processed on the same day.
Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when the order is shipped.

We use Royal Mail services to deliver your goods. It will take approx. 2 - 3 working days for UK orders, 3 - 5 working days for destinations in Europe and up to 7 working days for other destinations.

Guarantees

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 14 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price.

Return Policy

All other unused and in factory condition items may be returned for a  refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Additional shipping fee will be calculated in case of  exchange. When returning an item for a refund the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for the item. Please get in touch with us prior sending any items back at info@earthywear.co.uk
