It's made of 100% elastic lycra. This model is designed to fit sizes medium to large. Please read size guide below.

Size guide:
Large. To wear it as a skirt your lower waist (where you normally wear skirts) should be 28 to 36 inches. If you wish to wear it as a top ,again it will be between 31 to 38 inches (78cm to 96cm) measured depending on the way you wear it. This model is fit with elastic waistband, hence the minimum of 28 inches. Min length: 18cm (7inches) Max length: 60cm (24inches)
